Restructured and reimagined, get ready for a Summer of Chow Chow with in-person, limited capacity signature culinary events occurring between June 27 and September 26, 2021, as well as a corresponding virtual series of classes, demos and workshops. The schedule of 2021 programming includes immersive, meaningful and educational events that will celebrate and enrich the unique food ways of Southern Appalachia, while fostering dialogue about issues that impact our community including racial justice, climate change and food justice.
